Cancellation Policy for Wedding Officiant Services

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your wedding ceremony. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

1. Cancellation by the Client:

a. More than 60 Days Prior to the Wedding Date:

- If you need to cancel our services more than 60 days before the scheduled wedding date, a 25% cancellation fee of the total agreed-upon fee will be charged to cover administrative costs.

b. Between 30 and 60 Days Prior to the Wedding Date:

- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the scheduled wedding date will result in a [percentage]% cancellation fee.

c. Less Than 30 Days Prior to the Wedding Date:

- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled wedding date are non-refundable, and the full agreed-upon fee will be charged.

2. Rescheduling by the Client:

a. More than 60 Days Prior to the Wedding Date:

- If you need to reschedule the wedding ceremony more than 60 days before the scheduled date, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date without additional fees.

b. Less Than 60 Days Prior to the Wedding Date:

- Rescheduling within 60 days of the wedding date may incur an additional fee of$25  to cover administrative and scheduling adjustments.

3. Cancellation by the Officiant:

a. In the unlikely event that we are unable to perform the ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement officiant. If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.

4. Communication:

a. All cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be communicated in writing via [email/letter]. The effective date of the cancellation or rescheduling is the date on which the written notification is received.

5. Refund Process:

a. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receiving a written cancellation notice.
